At Confête, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selections; if your order isn't a perfect match, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
